lots of members wanted a contest so here ya go.theme is monochrome halloween contest >:D
the job is to make black and white wallpaper, with something sticking out.
ofcourse need to have monochrome effect.anyway here are the requiments:
-any resolution
-any series/artist
-must be monochrome(any style of it) with some colors included, ir you dont need any other color, its for you to decide
-SPOOKY atmosphere, were talking about dark wallies here
-recommendable for background to be BLACK

there are options toggle elite and propose highlight, but you can see those options only on your own wall and not on the others....what does that do exactly? that means i can propose highlight of my own wall and same for elites O_o
